My TansAct account is connected with Sierra Chart. When I trade with Simulator account ( my orders and stoploss and target are visible on the chart and I see also the Order fills. When I trade with live account I don't see the orders on the chart ( both with Trade Service setting on Simulated Live and Live). This if use the vertical book to place orders. When I enter the orders directly from the chart ( with live account and Connection Type on Live) the trades go directly on simulated account. Thank you. Gil |

We do not even see how that would be possible. And we can only help with orders entered from Sierra Chart. If the orders are not entered from Sierra Chart, we cannot help with that.
