US Equities data delayed.

I asked for help earlier, but I wasn't specific. I've been having US equities data delayed since yesterday. I received a msg about a futures account, so I added my IB account yesterday, plus singed the agreements. I also added CME data this morning thinking this was the issue, but US equities still delayed. Please advise on what I need to do next. I'm lost at this point.

How much of a delay are you noticing? Are the charts for US equities symbols updating continuously?

Thank you for your reply. I just checked and it hasn’t updated the data in over 30 min. The charts aren’t moving. I have to disconnect and reconnect to get it to refresh. And the refresh is still behind.

We asked for your Message Log in the other thread. Either provide it here or in the other thread. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is.
