follow up to my issue 5 min ago, red warning comes up

I googled how to refresh data on SC and so I right clicked and deleted and re downloaded. I got this message on all my charts, which reloaded then, and all still missing data.

You are experiencing a connectivity issue to the server. Maybe it is caused by a firewall on your side.

umm I don't have a firewall, nor have I had one in the 5 years I have been your client. Next suggestion please...

Righto, spoke to my ISP who says absolutely they are not blocking the 49 and 50 ports. So it is not my isp. What are we going to do about this???? I am missing 11 hours of data. We need to figure out something. And there is no bloody firewall. Never was, never will be...

Try using Port 80 as explained here:

This is the only solution we can offer from our side. There is some issue on your side with connectivity.
