i presently have service pack 5 with you i am interested in getting service pack 12 with Denali data feed and MBO data How would i go about switching over to that ? could i be credited somehow for what i presently have remaining on my service package 5 and switch to the other package Thank you Steven Leon |

To get the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you need to follow the Setup Instructions that are found at the following link for the CME Group data: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* If you need data for a different exchange (EUREX or CFE) then there are separate instructions on that same page for those exchanges. Note that part of the instructions to get the Denali Exchange Data Feed include changing your package. It will walk you through the process to do that in those instructions. Note that when you change your package, the remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.
