Hello, i try to get my Order Routing from Rithmic (Leeloo) and my market data from CQG, so i have 2 instances with different data service settings and different data files. I used the DTC Protocol Server to get my CQG symbols into my 2nd. instance with Rithmic login. The Real-Time Data works fine, but i got no historical data.. When i disconnect the CQG source instance and then connect it again, i got data lags in the destination instance. It is logic that the destination instance cant load data without the source instance, but why does the historical data do not fill up the data lags? And why i only get 1 Day loaded in the destination instance? Thanks. |

We can not help with CQG data issues. Our recommendation is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed instead. Refer to the information here: Denali Exchange Data Feed For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

You cannot access historical data this way. It is not allowed due to CME market data policy. We cannot provide further help.
