rolling back version to 2310 still show unsupported protocol version

An unsupported version error would indicate, a corruption of data on the network connection. Very very unusual for that to be happening though.

Recently I have used a wireguard service set up by aws vps to connect to the service of sierrachrt. I purchased a service similar to aws direct connect. sierrachart cannot be used directly without setting up the network in mainland China,at least I am like this. If you confirm that the service is normal, there is a problem with some part of my network connection.

It seems that the network connection from my PC to the aws server is normal. I redirected all the IPs resolved to sierrachart.com and sierracharts.com [Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: IP Addresses ] to my proxy tunnel. Will there be a problem here?

I changed the IP from aws to another provider. The symptoms are still the same. Whether there is an IP in sierrachart is not resolved through these two domain names[sierrachart.com and sierracharts.com]. If it is, I should not correctly proxy the traffic to this IP.

Switch the data service to SC Data-All Services [data] There is no problem. The heartbeat data in the log is at the previous normal level.
