There was an issue recently - please update your Symbol Settings to resolve this. Refer to the following information: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

ALSO In the past I had Sierra Chart up on two laptops, sitting side by side. I had a quote board on one to watch many markets, and on the other I had my ES charts for trading. Since I changed to denali I no longer can use two programs on sude by side computers how do I use two computers now? |

Sierra Chart does not support these type of symbols any longer: CL# You need to use this feature instead: Continuous Futures Contract Charts To use the Denali Exchange Data Feed on 2 computers at the same time, refer to: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connections Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. This is not making sense. We have given you specific instructions to accomplish what you need. Once again: Continuous Futures Contract Charts (Continuous Contract charts) To use the Denali Exchange Data Feed on 2 computers at the same time, refer to: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously (using Sierra Chart on two computers) What you want to do is fully supported. Just follow through the instructions and pay the necessary fees to the exchange. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. We received this from you by email: Please look at this thread
Sierra Chart Engineering has posted to the thread: "continuous bond futures". Click on the following link to view the response: continuous bond futures My first question was simple, I wanted the continuous contract. Your support led me around in circles. If I can't get a downloadable continuous contract using Denali then i need a different data service, not run run around by your support. We are not leading you around in circles. Explain to us in detail, why there is a problem with the highly reliable well engineered Continuous Futures Contract functionality: Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Introduction That does what you need. You do not need anything else. These older symbols which use the # like ES# never worked reliably and were phased out by us years ago. And did not support back adjustments. We develop proper working solutions and you seem to claim, this functionality does not do what you need. There are no problems with it. We do not need to waste any time. Use the functionality as documented and as provided, which works and is very reliable: Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Introduction Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
