(running SC v. 1110) I've been trying to figure this out for two days now. I cannot get backfill for my futures contracts on daily charts from IB. The problem is only with Futures daily Data. No problems with stocks or futures intra-day data. The following is the log report for an attempt to get NQ and is the same for other contracts: Currently no data in file to display. Will start historical data download and real-time updates. We know what the problem is. Refer to help topic 6.7 here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails6.html#h6.7 You need to change the symbol of the chart to the correct symbol listed in the Find Symbol window. In this particular case it would be NQM14 Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
