If I already have rithmic and pay for exchanges, do I need to get denali for proper data and again pay via denali service for exchanges or just get denali for 10usd? I assume, when I allow support for sierra chart data feeds, while using rithmic, its like using simultaneously a denali service too, right? This new support request is created after a previous one, which was closed by support and just made a lot of confusion for me. |

You do have to pay for the Denali Exchange Data Feed which is only 10 USD a-month and exchange fees. However the exchange fees are as little as 1 USD per exchange. I assume, when I allow support for sierra chart data feeds, while using rithmic, its like using simultaneously a denali service too, right? Do I understand correctly, if I already pay for rithmic service, exchanges and when I add denali (10usd) I ll get a huge discount for that additional exchange fee with market depth data because I already payed full non-professional charge via rithmic service for exchange? No, this is not correct. If you use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you will need to pay for the data feed fee and the exchange fees to us (Sierra Chart). The only discounting is the data feed fee if you pay for multiple months up front. What you should do, if you do get the Denali Exchange Data Feed, is to stop the data from Rithmic, so you are not paying for it twice. How will I trade options then? Do you have solution for that with your none flexible denali feed, which works just with sierra chart, which doesnt have any options tools whatsoever. How will I use bookmap with your denali feed? You trully need to create a bridge like rithmic, so we could use more platforms with one data feed service and not paying multiple times based on the amount of platforms for exchange fees. Cant you just provide denali functions simultaneously with rithmic throught which I ll pay for exchanges, so I could also use other platforms simultaneously with sierra chart? Why do u insist I have to pay via your data service for exchanges, when you basically dont profit from this transaction? I d connect with rithmic to sierra chart (execution via ritmic) and you d supplement properly working data via denali or the other data feed you have for a fee (10usd or more)... |
