I would like to have the real time feed with order book for fce , fdax , eurostoxx50 , fgbl , vix , sp500 , nasdaq100 , dow jones30 , zn bund , tell me how to do it, what subscription to take to have all without problem ? Thanks

What is fce? The others are on the EUREX, CME, CBOT, CFE exchanges. What futures trading/brokerage service do you use?
