Hi, I know you guys dont support Rithmic and i have looked through all the support forums but I have a Sierra question in order to attempt to better query Rithmic to download current data. I had a previous account with Rithmic and I connected it fine through Sierra and was trading. I carried out the work around required. Now a few weeks later I have updated my account, reconnected to Rithmic and now my charts will not update with live data. I get the waiting to Download Historical Data message. One thing i noticed on some of my charts is that in the 'Date Range in File' field, it does not give me the option to query 'To' the current data (it gives a data 2 weeks in past). I just wondered if there was anything I can do on the Sierra side that can help me query Rithmic to get the current live data? (would deletion of old data files help for instance?). Thanks |

We cannot help with market data issues with Rithmic. Especially with historical data. You will solve this problem and immediately solve the problem, by using the Denali Exchange Data Feed which is only 10 USD per month more before discount and then about 3 USD a-month for the exchange fee.
