Hello. As Im waiting for account opening at the broker, Im getting delayed data (I choose this option due to the pro/non pro designation that I never had with other charting platforms). My question is: Using this service for a month, I can clearly state I get 2 updated per second (2 data pulses every second). This is true in the charts, DOM and the spreadsheet. I didnt use any other features. Obviously this is either a delay mode issue or some type of aggregation/ data dissemination SC does. Will this be the case when I get the RT exchange data from CME Eurex etc ? Is there somewhere to configure the amount of updates per second Im not aware of ? Thank you |

Refer to the information for the Chart Update Interval here: General Settings Window: Chart Update Interval (Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Update Intervals) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank you. Id like to make sure what I read in the post message guide here: that it is your request we do not reply Thank you when a post has been resolved. As Id like to be accurate and alined with the SC support board culture. Also, is this the case when someone from the community helps ? I just ignore a final thank you reply by me ? |

We prefer that you just use the Thank You button, as that does not mark the post as having a new response, which would then require us to select it and read it, etc. We just have a lot of support to get through and it can make things a bit faster for us. But truthfully, it is not a problem to post a Thank You message. And we would definitely say you should post a "Thank You" when it is a community member giving the advice/answer For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
