Hi SC Support, I am trying to log in into my account and I cannot. I was paying for the services earlier and sent out a note stating that my brokerage has SC set up already. I was told once the month ended not to worry about it and I'll be able to log in. I still can't log in. Can you assist me with that? I also have a another question I have a custom study that I would like to install it's on a notepad and when I transfer it over to SC it's not loading. Can you assist me on that as well? Your Sierra Chart account is expired. You need to purchase usage time as explained below. We have temporarily reactivated your account. We are not understanding your question about the brokerage. We no longer are offering Sierra Chart through brokers. We stopped doing that about 4 months ago. Therefore, if you want to use Sierra Chart, you need to pay for usage directly to us.
