Futures data not coming through

Hi,

Just want to know if there are any issues today with data from CME coming though.

I am on the MES ticker and there is no data.

I have not changed any of my settings. Allow support for Sierra Charts data feed is enabled.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

Thanks,

I was only running one instance when having this issue.

Either way, I have followed the above instructions but I still don't have any data.

Any ideas?

I have tried a few things, When I connect to interactive brokers service I don't get any market depth. Because I have to turn off 'all support for sierra shart data feeds' to get any data.

The only way to get full market depth is through SC data-all services with 'all support for sierra shart data feeds' disabled. There is still [M] showing after the ticker name.

This is with only using one instance!

It is not clear why there is a problem, but it might be related to a recent change. We are going to revert that and have a new release out in about 15 minutes.

You definitely should not have any trouble with one instance. That really makes no sense at all.

The problem is Sierra Chart not being able to connect to the Denali Exchange Data Feed because of a connection limit.

We have put out a new prerelease now.

Update to the latest prerelease following these instructions:
