I have an account in Sierra that is about to expire in four days and I want you to guide me in extending the subscription for another 6 months. I'm interested in service package 5 and want to pay from an account I have on the Interactive Brokers. I would appreciate your support

In terms of paying for a six-month package, you are all setup for this. You have selected Package 5 for six months as the package for renewal and you have enough funds in your account to pay for this. Therefore, on September 30, 2021, your account will be debited for the cost of Package 5 for 6 months and your Usage Time will be changed to end six months later.

Therefore, there is nothing else you need to do.

Note that you can not pay for your Sierra Chart through your Interactive Brokers account. Although it does not look as though this matters at this time.
