Instance #3 Keeps crashing when I have NQ chart

When I load simple chart without any custom studies NQ chart stops updating half way and then the entire instance freezes and ends up crashing. It only occurs when I have a NQ chart, but if I do it without the NQ, it works just fine. I normally keep RTY, ES and NQ chart on at the same time. The same chartbook works with no issues in the main Sierra Charts, nothing crashes. How can I fix it for the 3rd instance?

We want you to delete the NQ intraday and daily files in that 3rd instance. Follow these instructions (again, just in the 3rd instance): Chart Data and Chart Data Files: Deleting a Chart Data File Then open your charts as normal in that instance and it will redownload the data for NQ. The issue could also be caused by incorrect Chart Settings or some issue involving a study.

Deleting the NQ files actually worked, it loaded up perfectly. Thank you for your help on this.
