HELLO to you,

I lost 04 ticks today because of an order not executed on time and moreover it did not repect my stop loss who is responsible? you or CQG. It's not nice
please check what happens with these incidents.

You would need to go through your Trade Activity Log and see if there is information on why the Stop did not fill. Refer to the following information for how to view historical Trade Activity information:
