Issue with my charts

Hi there
Since yesterday i had to rollover contract( NGV rollover date) my charts are not working anymore.

i don t understand where is the issue.
I attach a screenshot so u can see the log message


Just to let u know, i ve been trying another charts with another assets and no issues at all.
With the only one is not working it s with NGV , the only asset i trade :(

And work with old contracts , the only issue is with NGEX21

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

The main problem i have is that i load NGX and Sierra crash.
With previous contracts of the gas is not happening.
Do i have another way to do it without loading NGX?

You definitely should not have any stability issues with Sierra Chart. What exactly do you mean by "crash"?

We recommend closing the existing chart for that symbol and opening a new one. Maybe there is some configuration issue causing high CPU usage.

well i opened an new chart and Reset NGX.
But when i try to load my cht my Sierra just shut down.( screenshot)
The same cht is working with all the other assets without any problem (screenhot)

Yesterday i made the rollover and i didn t had any issue , but this morning all started.

The issue must be caused by one or more of the studies on the chart. Remove all of the studies from the chart and see if you have a problem.

What you are experiencing is a long calculation time issue.

Not an abnormal shutdown.

still not working.
I tried with many other chatbooks with less studies ( and working with all the other assets perfectly)
could it be possible that the file of the contract for this month have an issue? only on my sierra i mean

So you still have a long calculation time issue with that symbol without any studies on it? That would be very unusual. In that case it must be related to the fact that that it uses Renko bars although that would be an unlikely cause.

no long calculation, direclty the chart do not load well as you can see onn the previous screenshots

i tried with another cht i have with volume candles and still have the same result.
It s only with this contract , all the other ones are working perfectly ( CBOT , CME , NYMEX... )

It looks like there is some bad data in the file. Open that chart and make sure it is the active one, and then select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. This will re-download all the data from our servers and should fix the issue.

You just need to perform this step one time for one of the charts with this symbol.
