My market data enablement request with Ninja Trader has recently been completed. However, I could not place my trade successfully. This is going to be due to a connectivity issue or server issue. Both of these issues are external to Sierra Chart. Reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers This will refresh the order list and get the current status of the orders.
