Hi,

PLs help
to match the computer clock to sierra server time
is pressing the line under global settings - set time from server sufficient?

I still have my lagging Depth indicator lines, even on a new subinstance , and a new chartbook , with less charts,

Many thanks

It is a good thing to keep your computer clock in sync with the Sierra Chart servers, but that is not the issue in this case.

For some reason, you are simply missing the depth data from about 8:48:55 onwards. On your Market Depth Historical Graph you must have the setting for Extend Last Known Depth set to Yes and that is then showing you the last known depth across the rest of the chart, which is why it is not changing.

Since you are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you have access to the historical market depth data. Go through these instructions to ensure that you are setup to get the historical data:
Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data

After you have this setup, go back to just before the point in which you have the flat lines and do step #8 in order to force the update of the historical data. It can take a few minutes for the data to download, but your chart will reload after it is done.
