Please let me know the last old version of Sierra Charts that allows me to run with Rithmic (R-TRADER) and how to download it.

There is no version like this. There never has been. If you mean supporting simultaneous connections to Rithmic, the best chance to be able to do that would be to use the latest Sierra Chart version but this is something that we do not control.
