Hello, I am having issues downloading the newest version of sierra charts to my computer and was hoping that you could look at the log that i sent to see if you can help me to identify the issue.

You are having timeout issues, which implies that your Internet connection is having an issue somewhere between your computer and our upgrade server. Try the usual things to ensure your Internet connection is good, such as rebooting your router and your computer and then try again. If you continue to have issues, then the only solution is to use the Zip installer.
