Hello. I have a problem with Sierra. After connecting data from RITHMIC, an error pops up. The data is free in the trial version. I'm sending pictures. Please let me know how to solve the problem.

Update Sierra Chart to the latest version:

After the update:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
