Hi, I am subscribed with GDFL, Indian vendor and has been facing 2 issues, which GDFL insists are not a problem at their end but with Sierra Charts. 1.) Data doesn't get updated and is disrupted many times during the day. No updation happens, for many seconds, upto a minute even. I have sent them videos where charts have just stopped, timers have stopped. GDFL says, they have checked, no such issue with them. 2.) Highs/Lows are incorrect on intra day. From the 1st bar, this is an issue. These become ok, if I delete and download data again. But I have to keep doing this repeatedly during the day to get the right values and candles. Please help.
