IB Trading Service + Denali Exchange Data Feed sometimes slow in Germany

Hi,

I tried the Denali Exchange Data Feed two weeks ago. Sometimes the CME market data was "slow" during fast market moving activity. It looked like some latency/jitter problem between my location in Germany and the Denali market data server in the US. I was connected with s21.sierracharts.com. So I suppose it's located near by the Aurora data center?

I was using the Denali feed in conjunction with the Interactive Brokers trading service. The CME data feed provided by IB (TWS) wasn't slow at all during the same time.

Is it possible to use a Denali market data relay located in Germany or London? I would really like to use the Denali feed, but the market data feed should come from a Denali relay server located in Europe. Thanks :)

There is a server in London, for the Denali Data Feed. It is not automatically used but is one of the available choices. You can reconnect to the data feed, and when you see a connection to ds6-2.sierracharts.com that is the London server.

I'm using the IB Trading Service in Sierra Chart 2310. The only option I can find is to set "Common Settings -> "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" = "Yes".

You just need to reconnect until Sierra Chart reconnects to that server. Instructions:

Yes, I'm connecting always from Germany. I would really appreciate a solid solution. Btw, the Interactive Brokers TWS app gives me an option to select my region (Europe). May be Sierra Chart could add a similar feature.

Hi

I use IB Trading Service + Denali Exchange Data Feed out of Europe.

I face heavy performance issues (SC freezes in fast trading hours) when being connected to IB as compared to be directly connected to SC Data All.

I only use IB as an execution broker, Data should all come from my SC Denali.

Anything I can do?
Did the Denaly Server change help in the above case?

I want to use only SC Denali Data Feed and use IBKR only as execution broker for trading.
