hello, is there any server issue right now? my charts are not updating, similar to what happened on 9/13 that got resolved later that day. thanks!

We are not seeing any particular issues. Are you having issues with a specific symbol or all of them? If one specifically, which one? Also, try selecting File >> Disconnect then File >> Connect to Data Feed in order to update the server you are connected to, just to make sure that it is not an issue with a particular server. Thanks, I tried above. I am connected to the Trading Evaluator [trading] server. The price would update after disconnect then reconnect but no real time update after - price not changing, stuck at one price.

Update, I tried with connecting to SC Data - All Service, same results. If it's not a server issue, can you check if my account is in order? Thanks!

The only thing we can think is that when you change the Services make sure you update the symbols to match the service. The system asks if you want to update the symbols when getting off the Data/Trade Service Settings page, or you can select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.
