it doesn't matter what you see. what matters is that it could not be opened on the second system till 18:00, from 18:00 is started working on the second system as well. it is happening all too often and i am asking for a fix --- in user account there should be visible which systems are currently running sierra. In every point of time, the same way you see it, we as users should see it. (i don't know why it is not done already). I am not making it up. At the time of your writing and before, there was only one system connected (the one at the IP 144... running on a virtual machine). The other one (a personal laptop) was not. Next time this occurs use the "Forced Login" option on the system for which you are having the issue. See if you can get it when you do so, as it tells our servers to update their information. i have mentioned it several times already. Are you running more than one copy of Sierra Chart on the same system but a second or more in a virtual machine?
I am running multiple instances on virtual machine and one copy on laptop. And we see you are using CQG. So whatever CQG data issues you have, are not our issue.

What kind of problem you are referring to? It is allowed to run multiple instances on one system - at least you claim so. There are three Sierra copies installed on the Contabo VPS on the IP 144.91.70.149 that you mentioned above. Most of the time all three are open since they are running some automated test/trading systems. Besides that, I use Siera on laptop. if no more than two virtual machines are used.
I don't understand - I am using ONE virtual machine (the Contabo VPS I mentioned above with IP 144.91.70.149). I have always been using ONE, only ONE. If your systems detect it as MORE THAN ONE, then it is a bug on your side.

Yes you can definitely run as many copies of Sierra Chart as you want on a single system. However, different virtual machines, will look like different systems. Although you are just using one virtual machine as you said. then it is a bug on your side.
