I have NOT been getting any data Feed since I updated my subscription. Please provide me with the data feed i am entitle to.I send you an e-mail about this but got no response. Thanks |

The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed with the U.S. Equities did not renew on September 1, 2021 since you did not have enough funds in your account on that day. We have gone ahead and reactivated the data feed and the exchange for you. You should be getting the real-time data for the U.S. Equities at this time.
