Hello due to CPA's request, I need to change my entity from LLC to personal account. Will I be able to transfer from this to the new account or do I just need to make everything new?

We do not keep any information about how your account is handled from a legal perspective. Therefore, there is nothing you need to do with regards to your Sierra Chart account with regards to this. Just keep in mind, that if you want to get Sierra Chart emails to a different address, then you would want to update that information (along with possible others such as address, etc., if they are different) in the Manage Account Information page.
