Replay chart doesn´t work

Dear Sir or Madam,
I experience an issue with Replay Charts in Sim with NQ (just use that and nothing else) since today (but didn´t use it for a few days).
Nothing happens after pressing Replay Charts ...
I updated Sierra Chart and downloaded all data new.
All real-time data are running ok (CQG).
I couldn´t find a solution in the community.
Can You help?

We see you are using CQG. We cannot help with CQG data. Use the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service when replaying charts:

It sounds like your issue may be that the Replay Chart window is not coming up when you select Chart >> Replay Chart >> Replay Chart (Control Panel). If this is the case, then refer to the following:
