When I attempt to replay my charts at "calculate at every tick/trade (high CPU)" my SC gets very laggy and wont replay any of the charts. I'm running this on an intel core i7 10th gen with a 2070 NVidia GeForce RTX. In the picture below it says I'm only using 13.3% of my CPU. What is the problem? Thanks for your time. |

Yes that option is going to use very high CPU usage for sure. It does not matter how many cores the computer has. Only one core can be used at a time. It is essentially impractical to use. You have to ensure that you have the market depth stored on your computer for that time. Refer to the following: Replaying Charts: Replaying of Market Depth Data Also, refer to the following to load missing historical Market Depth data: Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

ok thank you. It seems my replay tape is not printing the same volume as what I recorded with my OBS during the same time period. Any tips? Thanks |

What is OBS? We would need to know exactly what you are seeing and how you are running the replay. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Another thing to be aware of is you have a Trade and Current Quote Symbol set on that chart that adds complexity to all of this. We would recommend a removing that to see if it clears up the problem: Chart Settings: Trade and Current Quote Symbol (text box) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. I turned it off and Im still having the problems. The tape isnt printing any 100 lots at /es open, which has a ton on my recording (OBS is a screen recording software).

Are you looking at the Time and Sales information during the replay or the DOM? In either case, we have to ask if there is any filtering occurring during the replay that was not there previously? If you can give us some screenshots so we can see what you are seeing it would be helpful.
