How to Post a Message for Support

Rithmic connection has effected my chart indicators

I have connected my Rithmic account, DOM and time and sales seems to be updating but i had no historical data on my charts so i activated Denali feed and this brought the historical data/indicators to the charts but i have volume and delta bars that's not working now. Please can you help.

On the chart that is having the issue select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. This will ensure that all the data in the chart is from the same source (Sierra Chart). No, you do not need the bridge files. You need to use the new Rithmic connection, as the older one will not function soon. The image that you sent is what its supposed to look like but the one i sent you is what i get. Why is that, have i connected Rithmic properly and how does Denali feed in to all this. Everything worked fine when CQG was the only data provider but when ive made the swap this problem occurred.

What we want you to do is to start a new chart and build up the items that make up the chart that has the missing items. See if you have any issues along the way. We expect you will not, although we do not know why you are seeing the particular problem you are. How did you manage to get them working? You didn't need to build anything so what's different between what you used and what i have. Everything worked fine before i swapped data provider. I have the chart files saved but i don't think i could build them again. Thanks for helping me try and get to the bottom of this problem.

That is what is confusing. We did not do anything, we just opened the chart and it was working as expected. Therefore, we are stumped as to why you would be having a particular problem. Therefore, there really is nothing we can do at this point, except to have you create a new chart and see what happens.
