Hello, I have registered with IB as my futures broker knowing very well your warnings given. However, I have no choice because all other brokers, especially the Americans do not accept Ghanaian citizens. I would like to know if it is possible to trade by using the sierra data routing and the denali data feed whiles IB remains my broker? This means, I want IB to just be my broker without subscribing to their data feed and routing service. Kindly help if you have knowledge. Thanks |

Absolutely you can use our data feed and trade through IB. You would first setup your IB connection by going through the following instructions (if you have not already done so): Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Setup Instructions Then you would setup the data feed(s) you need. Refer to the information starting here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart And finally, you would go through the steps at the following link to ensure that everything is setup properly within your system to receive our data and trade through IB: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thanks for the information. Can you make this clear for me? I know there are four components needed before one can trade futures; 1. Broker .... IB 2. Platform ..... Sierra charts 3. Data feed .... Denali Data Feed 4. Order routing.... ???? I am clear about the first three but not the fourth one. Is it possible to use the Sierra order routing whiles IB only remains my broker? |

No, this is not possible. IB uses their own order routing, so IB will be your Broker and your Order Routing service. Therefore, your setup would be the following: 1. Broker: IB 2. Platform: Sierra Chart 3. Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed (from Sierra Chart) 4. Order Routing: IB For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hello, I would like to know if I need activation for the CME Group after subscribing to the Denali Exchange Data Feed? Can I trade instruments under the CME Group after subscribing to the Denali Exchange Data Feed? I just want to know if the CME Group is part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed package. Thank you |

The Denali Exchange Data Feed includes data for the CME Group as well as EUREX and CFE. As part of the setup instructions you would select the exchange(s) you want to have active. You will find the Setup Instructions on the following page: Denali Exchange Data Feed We just want to make sure that it is understood that the Denali Exchange Data Feed is just data, it is not order routing. That is a different service. For information on the Sierra Chart Direct Order Routing Service, refer to the following: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
