Your data is delayed because you did not have enough funds in your account on September 1, 2021 in order to auto-renew the exchange. Keep in mind, we do the auto-renew just after midnight UTC time, so you really need to have the funds in your account the day before.

In order to reactivate the exchange, go to the Recurring Services page (link to follow) and scroll to the bottom where you will see the list of exchanges that were recently deactivated. Select the button that states "Reactivate Exchange" to activate the exchange(s) that you want.
