Hello, I keep getting an error on my futures charts for CL and ES. Even when I roll over the symbols it says they are not allowed and symbol is unknown. I am even made sure to download the current version of Sierra charts. I don't know what to do! |

We are a little confused by your setup. Are you wanting to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed or from CQG?
