Hello- This process has been an absolute nightmare. Sierra chart has zero customer service that you are able to call, which I think is absolutely ridiculous for paying for this service. I am looking for some help. I spent a few months screwing around with Sierra chart on Mac, and just spent $2500 on a new PC JUST TO USE SIERRA CHART. So, I am extremely frustrated now that I am having issues just getting the data feed set up etc. I need someone to walk me through setting up a new AMP futures account in their Sierra chart. I have searched every thread on this forum and done every single thing possible and it still is not set up correctly somehow. How should I start? what's the absolute first thing I should do ? |

It looks like you have everything setup correctly. You are on Package 11, which is the Advanced Package + the Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee. You have completed the CME Group agreements and have the "CME with Market Depth for NonProfessionals" exchange activated. And you appear to be connected to CQG for trading. Therefore, what issue are you having at this point? Are you not getting real-time data for symbols that are traded on the CME exchange (keep in mind, you only have the CME exchange active, not the entire CME Group)? Are you having trouble connecting to your CQG account? One of the things that we want to point out is that the symbols that are used are different depending on the service that you have set. So if you were using the "SC Data - All Services" at one point and then switched to CQG, the symbols need to be changed to match the CQG symbols. To do this, you can open your Chartbooks and then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service, which will change your symbols for you. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
