Did the usual Denali switch as usual.. I have 3 instances of SC. One instance that uses DTC-sub instance is not working at all. The other 2 are working sort of but quotes do not match, off by a point or 2. I have been doing the data switch from SC data to Rithmic and then back to SC with no problems. Probably need a phone call from John as cannot trade.

On two instances of SC, quotes are being delayed according to chart heading. One is working fine.

The first thing to do is to exit from the instances that are not working and then log in again using the Forced Login option. This will ensure that your local software is updated with the information from our servers. Refer to the following instructions: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Forced Login For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I didn't do a thing but all of a sudden everything is working great. Is that first of the month Denali Rithmic switch still necessary ?

Yes, it is necessary if you are not staying connected to your trading account at all times.
