Hello, With new month, Eurex stop working. "Symbol -1 unknown". Balance and Denali for Eurex is active. Could you help me? |

Hello, I have the same issue. Since this morning I cannot load the data in the Chart of the Future F.US.DSXU21, please refer to attachment ! The symbol F.US.DSXU21 is available in the Chart Settings so I do not understand what is required. Why is the current Future Contract F.US.DSXU21 not continueing for September ? All other Sierra Chart user of my trading community do not have this issue ! How can I solve this issue asap ? Best regards Anh Tran Quoc |

You do not need to repeat the process. You had never signed the agreements for the EUREX (you had previously signed agreements for the CME Group data).
