Cannot see live equity data for tickers such as TSLA, SPY, QQQ, IWM, etc

Hello. I have looked at nearly every guide on this website and cannot figure out what is going on. I have the denali exchange data feed & now the $31 CME/nymex/etc data feed with market depth. Here is my problem. All of my equity data is delayed and my quotes do not update at all. For reference I use a AMP Futures account with CQG. I have logged in with my CQG account through Sierra Chart and then set the data feed to SC Serivces All Data. My futures data is absolutely perfect!! I am not sure why equities like TSLA, SPY, QQQ, IWM, AAPL, none of these update at all and it is frustrating me. I am using a chartbook downloaded from a friend who set up charts for me. I have tried changing multitude of configurations and nothing seems to work. I need to see live equity data for the tickers I listed above during market hours. Except nothing appears till after market close and it downloads it all. I know there has to be some simple solution I am missing. I have double checked to see if I missed any signed agreements but I don't believe I have, would love any assistance. I cannot figure this out |

You are not setup to receive the real-time equities data. For this you would need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and activate the U.S. Equities exchange. Hello, thank you for the reply! I am very confused. I thought the $31.20/mo package "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" would give me access to live equities data? Can you please describe how this differs from live equities data? I had been using the $10.40 "CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" package beforehand. For clarification I am a nonprofessional trading on sierra chart through AMP futures, with CQG. Taking a look at the page you linked I would need the "U.S. Equities (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX)" $10.40/mo package to see all US equities? Furthermore, it doesn't say that market depth is included with it, so does the $31.20/mo package above work hand in hand with this one to provide market depth? I just want to understand how I can save the most while still receiving futures data & US Equities data with market depth. Thank you so much, this problem has been plaguing me for two weeks now. |

The CME Group related exchanges are only for the CME Group data. It does not include U.S. Equities, as those are traded on different exchanges from the CME Group (i.e. NASDAQ, NYSE, etc.). Therefore, in order to get data for the U.S. Equities, you would need to activate the "U.S. Equities" exchange. And, in this particular case, the U.S. Equities exchange is part of our Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, whereas the CME Group (and EUREX, and CFE) are part of our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Unfortunately, we do not currently have U.S. Equities with Market Depth. We are working on a new exchange option that will be part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed that will have the U.S. Equities with Market Depth, but it is still in process and definitely at least a few months out.
