hi i have a live account with amp but it is not working. can yuou please look into this. im using sc data all services.thanks

We really need to know specifically what is not working. But, in looking at your account, we see that your Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME with Market Depth would not be working properly as you have not connected to your live trading account since before April. Keep in mind that the CME Group requires that you verify your live, funded, futures trading account at least once a month. To do this with Sierra Chart, we have you connect your software to your trading account. Refer to the instructions here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees At Step #3 in the above, you would connect to your CQG account that should be setup with AMP. To do this, you will follow these instructions: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions --------------------- All of that being covered, then if your issue is that you are not able to place orders with AMP, then that is because your Service is set to SC Data - All Services. You would need to connect to your CQG account in order to place trades.
