We assume you were using our Software Installer program to perform the installation. If this is the case, then we need to see the Installer Log. If you no longer have it, then redo the install and then either copy the information from the window, or select the button to send us the Installer Log and let us know. Or, you can just use the Zip installer (which, in the end, you may have to anyway since you are on Linux).
