Numbers bar indicator was not able to display values

Hi, I have just restarted my subscription today and when I tried to apply Number bar indicator onto Emini futures, I found that the bars are empty without any bid/ask trade volume. May I ask where did I go wrong?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Hi, thank you for the explanation and I have managed to visualize the values on the 15-mins intraday bar. But another problem I found is that I am not able to display using historical daily bar, and is that normal because of its historical nature?

Correct. The Numbers Bars does not work on historical daily data. Refer to the information here:
