Since switching to Rithmic Direct DTC (orderrouting) my historical data charts are showing limited data. How to correct this issue? |

Make sure you are running the current version of Sierra Chart. Update instructions: Software Download: Fast Update You should be getting the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
