Hello SC Support; I have two question to clarify. 1.) I'm getting only one level on the DOM chart. Aa I followed the instructions I found on the support page, I'm still getting only one level which is the current price. Is this because I'm using it on equities? 2.) I want to see the market orders on the DOM and as I read I need to subscibe the Denali Exchange? Is this extra payment at the top of whatever I'm currently paying? Thanks in advance... |

1. You are only getting one level of Market Depth because that is all we have available with our current U.S. Equities data feed. We are working on a new interface that will have the Market Depth data, but that is still several months away. 2. If you are wanting the Market Depth data for U.S. Equities then the only two choices to get this into Sierra Chart is to use Interactive Brokers data or IQ Feed data. Refer to the information here: Interactive Brokers Trading Service and here: DTN IQ Feed Data Service If you are wanting Market Depth data for Futures, then you should use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, which has data for the CME Group, EUREX, and CFE.
