Hi guys, thank you so much for the hard work you are putting in order to came up with this wonderful platform. I got the EUREX data and didn't know it was included in the denali data I already have. Is there anything to do about it? Also, if I get CME data as well, will I have access to real time data for futures and stocks as well? Do you have options for stocks? Thank you. First, the EUREX real-time data working properly for you? Let us know if you have any problem. EUREX data is properly set up on your account. CME data will provide real-time futures data from the CME. What futures trading/brokerage service do you use? I'm using AMP and CQG. EURUX data is properly working for me. I dont have access to historical data for CME tho. I have the Sierra Chart data Feed but no data at all |

You need to activate the required CME exchange from here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliExchangeDataFeed After that: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Can I get a trial for the CME exchange please. I'm also waiting for the 1st to pay for it. I don't even need the EUREX and purchased it by mistake. Thank you |

Yes you can get a trial but we would recommend waiting until next week to take advantage of the full month. Otherwise the trial will end at the end of August. Hi Sami, we spoke yesterday, you will notice that you are now on SP12 (no longer SP11), on SP12 you can connect to CQG for Order Routing while getting (1) historical data from Denali, and (2) Real-time CME Group Futures Data from Denali (when activated). As written above you should be waiting until the 1st of September to get the maximum time from your real-time CME Group data trial, for activating on September 1st see #3 here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliCME |
