Hello, my current version, 2299 does not show core indicators only candlesticks. Please let me know how to fix this.

The charts do not show the core indicators from greenchart. The orange and thin blue lines, the thick blue line etc. I downloaded the current version and now they are all missing. I had this issue before and was told to use 2135 version but now it says that version won't work either. |

You need to ask Greenchart about this. They have had ample time to perform the necessary updates to work with the recent versions of Sierra Chart. We can not keep older versions available forever.

Do not contact Green Chart about this. We will allow the use of older versions for green chart users for now. Since we did not realize the impact of locking out older versions.
