Package 11 + Denali but no equities??

I have activated everything and signed all paperwork for package 11 advanced + denali feed but i open the program and search for $spy, $qqq, $fb and it says it is not included in my package. But i search $INX , $sp500 and it does work. I am very confused pls help

To start with, you do not enter ticker symbols with the dollar sign ($). You should be using SPY, QQQ, and FB for those stocks. Doing this will give you the historical data for stocks. $INX and $SP500 are CFDs. Real-Time CFD and Forex data is included with any Sierra Chart package. If you want to have real-time data for stocks, then you would need to use Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. $INX is definitely not a CFD. It is a cash index symbol that requires the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and an exchange fee to be paid.
