Hi,

If it isn't too difficult to do and if you have time, a chart region above the price graph would really be great. I have a work around using two charts but I figured it wouldn't hurt to see if it would be too much to ask if there would be anyway to add a region that could go above the main price graph. Having more than one study below really starts to clutter things up. Maybe could be region -1 or something? If not that is fine.

Attached is a picture of the work around I am using.

Thanks,
-Michael

Is there any reason I am being ignored? I think this is a great idea and is in line with sierra chart goal to keep a slim platform.

Another idea I think would be appreciated is to allow a study's height (like volume) that is plotted on the main price graph to be adjusted as a separate region (with the little black bar in value scale). http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1395525497694.png

I'm not asking for you all to drop everything and start working on either of these ideas right now, just to write it down as something to consider when you all are looking to improve the platform as I know you all do often.

There is a lot of work to support this.

And we already have a lot of other things to do.

It would not be anything that would come anytime soon.

Maybe there is an easy way we can do this. If so, we will try to get to it soon.

Hi SC,

Just wondering if this is still being considered or in the works (the chart region above the main chart)? This would still be something very much appreciated

P.S. I switched to non-CLR version a month or two ago and I can tell the difference in the details. Great work

Thanks

Yes it is still planned to support setting the chart region for the main price graph. Should be done within the next month.
