Futures data is perfect, individual stock data delayed?

Hello, I am trying to work out why my stock ticker data isn't coming through sierrachart, it is delayed. I have an account with AMP futures with CQG but am receiving my data from the Denali feed + some $10 package I bought from Sierra Chart. I am using SC Data services, but have tried to switch to the CQG one to see if it would work and it did not. Everytime I go on a chart I will have to download the data to see the current feed, and sometimes it is delayed. What am I doing wrong? |

From User: Hello, I have talked to a member who also has sierra chart and they said that this is related to a data issue on your guys' end. I was hoping you could solve it To reiterate. My futures data is good, some stock data is not delayed like TWTR,EBAY,LOW all work perfect, certain tickers ARE delayed, like TSLA,AAPL,MRNA, these ones are delayed. I have followed every dang guide on the website to connect to my cqg, then connect to SC data services and still am plauged with this issue. I am using a chartbook from a friend in Chicago, idk if this is related or not. I have also tried updating symbol settings, changing my time zone to different times ( I am located in PST california) Please let me know what is going on!! I am told that you guys need to change something on your end. Thanks so much for the great service, I just want fully live data on all the tickers! No there is definitely no data issue at all on the Sierra Chart side.You are not using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed which provides real-time US stock data.
