Chartbook On Mac not working

My Chartbook is opening up blank and I am not able to use them at all. How can I resolve this issue. I am using a Mac and I need these charts.

Are you using Parallels or Crossover? Did you download the chartbook from someone else or create it yourself?

I am using crossover I moved the Chartbook into the data folder. And when I open it in Sierra charts it opens up blank and it won't allow me to find a symbol or make any changes to them. I need help, how can I resolve this??

After you open the Chartbook select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Most likely the symbol that is being used in the chart is different from what is needed for the current selected Data/Trading Service.

Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service
